Ceramic Window Tint

Car window
Make no mistake about it, ceramic window tint is the best tint on the market.  If you are someone that has discriminating taste and enjoys getting the most bang for your buck, ceramic window tint is the way to go.  For some people, dyed or metallic tints is enough.  But if you value technological versatility, efficiency and money, Aliso Viejo Window Tinting has the perfect tint for you.  We won’t lie and say that ceramic window tint is not the most expensive tint in the industry.  However, when you consider the amount of money you will save in fuel costs – it’s worth it.

Types of Window Tint:  Dyed and Metallic
There are 4 basic types of window tints.  Dyed, metallic, carbon and ceramic are the most common types of window tints in the industry.  Surely they’ll be something new on the market next year, but for now, it’s important to know these 4 and understand their capabilities.  Dyed film tints are the least expensive and also the least functional.  They fall short where ceramic film tints stand tall.  With consistent exposure to the sun, dyed tints are known to fade over time.  Metallic tints are a bit more functional and slightly pricier.  The draw back is that they are prone to interfering with GPS signals, cell phone and radio signals.

Types of Window Tint:  Carbon and Ceramic
Of the 4 types of window tints, carbon and ceramic are the most effective on the market.  Carbon window tints contain tiny particles of the carbon element.  Clients prefer them over metallic tints because they don’t contain any metals and therefore don’t interfere with satellite signals.  Carbon tints are more desirable than dyed film tints because they don’t fade over time.  They also block more heat than dyed and metallic tints.  Ceramic tints are top tier because they out perform the others in every category.  It is non conductive and non metallic, therefore it blocks more heat, UV light and will not interfere with your GPS, mobile devices and radio.

Infrared Light and UV Light
Our powerful sun is 4.6 billion years old.  While we would perish without it, too much of a good thing is bad.  The sun provides visible light, infrared light and UV light.  Let’s begin with infrared light.  The heat we feel on a hot summer day is considered infrared light.  Ceramic tint blocks the most infrared light than any other tint on the market.  UV light is the energy source that causes skin cancer.  Ceramic tint wins in this category too.  While its great that our bodies are nice and cool and our skin is protected, it makes no sense if you cannot see out your windows.  This is where ceramic tint out does itself.  You receive all these benefits without decreasing your visibility.

No Satellite Interference
You’ve met someone attractive and intriguing online.  You’re so interested that you’ve offered to drive to LA to meet them for a date.  You hit the 73 North, transfer to the 405 and realize your GPS is going haywire.  Do you get off at the downtown exits?  Should you continue north until you reach the 10?  Now you’re late and realize you should probably call your date.  Well, your cell phone reception is terrible and you can’t understand a word they’re saying.  You’re screwed until you realize that you’ve got to pull over, exit the vehicle and make the call.  Skip the drama, show up on time and impress your date with ceramic window tint. We also offer wraping service.
